Delivery Schedule The service is chargeable as laid out below.But within the service we carry out the following duties: 1.Place all furniture in the room of choice, where possible. 2. Unwrap all furniture and leave it all in good working order. 3. Remove all unwanted associated packaging. 4.Build up all Wardrobes and Beds ready for use. The deliveries are carried out on a Monday to Friday basis,we will select a day which is suitable to all parties and give either an AM or PM slot.It is then possible to give a time indication on the day of delivery itself. Lead Times On receiving your order we will automatically check our stock recerves at our two warehouses.Although our stocks are quite extensive, we often have to order products in.The anticipated waiting times/lead times from point of order to despatch will vary from 1 week to 5 weeks.We will advise you of the lead time once we receive your order.Seasonal variations in Trade cause the lead times to fluctuate quite considerably.For instance when ordering either just before or just after Christmas it is most advisable to allow for the maximum period of time before receiving your furniture.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Regrettably mattresses are non returnable once unwrapped ,unless the item is obviously faulty.This is for reasons of Health and Safety.Your Statuatory Rights are unaffected. In the instance of Furniture not fitting up a stair case or in to a particular space for which it was intended ;we will accept it back in to our stocks.But you will forfeit the delivery charge and a further penalty of £50.00 per item.The balance of the transaction will then be refunded within 14 days.
